In one day course, students will become better facilitators who can help in improve interactions with Scrum Teams, customers and stakeholders. Students will address the same scenarios and solve applying facilitation methods that they can add to their agile practices. The students will create their own facilitation plan to discuss in the next team session.

PSF Skills class participants who attempt the PSF Skills assessment within 14 days of the class and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
